技能要求
1.主导 ICT(在线测试) 和 FCT(功能测试) 系统的设计、开发、调试及优化,确保PCBA功能测试覆盖率达到85%
2.熟悉芯片烧录的流程以及原理,包含烧录程序的更新
3.熟悉PCB制程缺陷模式(如焊接不良、元件失效)及行业标准(IPC-A-610/620)
4.精通ICT/FCT测试原理,熟悉数字/模拟电路分析,掌握常用测试仪器(示波器、LCR表)及分析工具对测试不良品(如开路、短路、元件失效、功能异常)进行系统性根因分析(RCA)
5.参与新产品设计评审(DFT,可测试性设计),提出测试点优化建议(如减少盲测点、增加关键信号覆盖)。
6.优化测试策略,降低误判率及漏测率,缩短测试节拍,提升产线直通率,制定测试作业标准(SOP)、测试覆盖率规范及缺陷判定准则(参考IPC-A-610标准)
工作内容
1、设计测试方案,包括测试点选择、夹具开发、电气参数设定(阻抗、电压电流)
2、解决测试中的误报问题(如接触不良、干扰信号),优化探针布局及测试程序逻辑
3、维护设备,校准测试精度,管理探针/针床寿命
4、分析功能测试失效不良
5、使用专业工具(如x-ray、示波器)定位缺陷位置(如虚焊、元件击穿)
6、主导跨部门会议(生产、工艺、设计),对不良品改善优先级与行动计划
7、培训测试技术员及工程师,提升团队测试系统调试与数据分析能力
8、降低测试耗材成本(如探针、测试夹具),优化设备利用率维护测试程序版本、夹具设计图纸、不良分析报告及测试参数变更履历
