富维海诺汽车科技（常州）有限公司是一家专注于汽车车灯核心零部件的研发、生产及销售的企业。公司成立于 2021年6月8日，由长春富维海拉车灯有限公司（61%）和丹阳亿诺光电科技有限公司（39%）共同出资成立。

公司坚持以技术引领为导向，以研发为核心，设立车灯模组和驱动两大技术平台，建立了电子及光学研发中心，重点打造全套的车灯核心件开发能力。同时规划建设行业先进的综合试验中心，包含符合国际标准的汽车电子EMC实验室、环境可靠性实验室及光学实验室等。

公司依托股东双方稳定的国内、外市场，为客户提供 低-中-高 端全系列透镜模组及驱动器产品。公司设立SMT车间及装配车间，其中SMT车间的贴片、印刷、回流焊、选择性波峰焊等关键工序，均采用国际一流设备，预计峰值年产能2400万件。装配车间配备了全自动化装配线，预计峰值年产能800万件。公司已于2023年6月获得IATF16949及ISO9001体系认证。

Faway Hainuo Automotive Technology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specializing in the research, development, production and sales of core components for automotive headlights. The company was founded Ｏn June 8, 2021, by Changchun Hella Faway Automotive Lighting Co., Ltd (61%) and Danyang ENOR Photoelectric Technology Co., LTD.

The company adheres to the technology-oriented, R & D as the core, the establishment of lamp module and driver of the two major technology platforms, the establishment of electronic and optical R & D center, focusing Ｏn building a full set of lamp core components development capabilities. Meanwhile, the Company is planning to build an industry-advanced comprehensive test center, including an automotive electronics EMC laboratory, environmental reliability laboratory and optical laboratory in line with international standards.

With the stable domestic and foreign markets of both shareholders, the company provides customers with a full range of "low-middle-high" lens modules and driver products. The company has set up SMT workshop and assembly workshop, in which the key processes such as SMT, printing, reflow welding, selective wave welding, etc. and adopts international ***-class equipment, with an estimated peak annual capacity of 24 million pieces. The assembly workshop is equipped with a fully automated assembly line, with an estimated peak annual capacity of 8 million pieces.
